Update photo gallery and add new blog articles

Adjusts the aspect ratio of the photo gallery widget from 9/16 to video (16:9) to match the MediumCard component, and adds two new articles to the seed data: "Oberkrainer goes royal!" and "70 Jahre Oberkrainer Musik".
